Camper Site

Popular parking spaces throughout the country are already completely booked out until the end of the year 2020 Since so-called random camping is still prohibited in Germany, there are more campers willing to take a vacation than legal sites are available on many weekends. It was about time to present a similar offer in VS guests to hold ready. The idea: Unused, existing areas such as extensive plots and parking lots, but especially the festival and exhibition grounds, which are not used very much this year, should be converted into a motorhome parking lot in the short term. 4,400 square meters are available on the Kienzlewiesen at the Schwenningen exhibition center.

For a maximum of three nights accomodation the mobile home owners may park their campers there free of charge. Arrival and departure is possible 24 hours a day, because no advance reservation is necessary. The place is signposted accordingly. A supply/disposal station for water/waste water is offered at the fairground in the city district of Schwenningen.

A stay in Villingen-Schwenningen offers mobile home owners apart from varied leisure activities, above all also a high recreational value and numerous objects of interest. "The city centers invite to go on a relaxed shopping spree and our situation as gate to the Black Forest is ideally suitable for daily trips", says Matthias Jendryschik, managing director WIR Villingen-Schwenningen GmbH.
